The Camden’s Strong City Clean-up campaign kicked off into high gear, where Mayor Vic Carstarphen took a moment to honor all those who served in the U.S. Navy. Past and present Navy veterans were the central focus of the event held at Alberta Woods Park. Covanta Camden came out to support this initiative and Plant Manager Todd Frace, who served on the USS Memphis.
