A visit to Covanta Honolulu by a Honolulu city councilmember led to an informative video for island residents. Councilmember Augie Tulba visited the facility, known locally as H-POWER, in October, and came away impressed with the operations. He sent his videographer to capture footage of the facility for a video intended for his constituents and other local residents.
