Covanta Lake (Okahumpka, FL) brought a special food truck to the facility during a recent two-week outage. Facility Manager Gary Main invited the Backdraft Grill food truck, operated by the Firefighter’s Charity Alliance of Central Florida, to provide food for everyone on site. Not only did all employees and contractors enjoy a delicious meal but the facility donated $500 to this special organization, which supports charitable causes in the Lake County area.
