Covanta Honolulu (Kapolei, HI) hosted a visit by the State of Hawaii Department of Health Clean Air Branch. It provided an educational opportunity to share HPOWER’s permit compliance programs while helping regulators better understand Waste-to-Energy operations. The tour group of 14 consisted of inspectors, air quality specialists and interns.
