Covanta Lancaster was honored to recently award the 2022 Aaron J Moore and Glenn W. Wiley Memorial Scholarships. Both scholarships were established in memory of Aaron and Glenn who on July 28, 1995, while performing their regular job duties, met untimely deaths. The scholarships are awarded annually to graduating seniors at Bishop McDevitt High School (Aaron’s alma mater) and Havre de Grace High School (Glenn’s alma mater).
Memorials for both individuals are also maintained on the grounds at the Covanta Lancaster facility.
