Covanta York was recognized recently for its three-year commitment to the York City Parks Conservancy project, “Transform Our Parks.” The funding provided by Covanta allowed the purchase of benches and trash receptacles along the Veterans Memorial Park walking trail.
York City Parks Conservancy's mission is to preserve, restore, and improve public parks within the City of York.
