Covanta’s Long Island facilities (Covanta Babylon, Covanta Hempstead, Covanta Huntington and Covanta MacArthur) once again sponsored the Wreaths Across America program on Long Island as part of their ongoing commitment to the veterans’ community. Through the program, wreaths are laid at national cemeteries nationwide, including the large cemeteries on the island. Covanta facilities also handle the post-holiday disposal of the wreaths.
