Covanta Plymouth was thrilled to award scholarships to three graduating Plymouth Whitemarsh High School seniors through the Covanta/Colonial School District Education Foundation Partnership! The annual program is based on scholastic performance, school and community involvement, as well as the recipient’s intent to pursue a STEM-related major. This year’s highly deserving recipients were (right to left) Alexander Szperka, Mackenzie Leszczynski, and Robert McGuire, pictured below with Covanta’s Director of Area Asset Management, David Sharp.
Covanta Plymouth’s participation in the program helps ensure hardworking students from within the local community are able to someday fill essential positions in STEM-related fields.
