RCRA-Permitted Hazardous Waste Treatment
Meet Your RCRA TSDF.
Hazardous waste treatment at a fully permitted TSDF—owned and operated by Reworld®. We treat waste under our RCRA Part B permits, from acceptance through treatment to documented disposal.
Permitted. Documented.
Single-source evaluation, identification, packaging, profiling, transportation, disposal and documentation services.
Your Waste. Our Permit.
Acceptance
-
We accept D, F, K, P, and U-listed waste under our Part B permit. One chain of custody. One facility.
The Right Solutions
Treatment methods
-
Stabilization, fuel blending, thermal treatment, and licensed storage. We match the right treatment method to the right waste code to ensure safety and compliance.
Your Liability Ends Here.
LDR & manifest compliance
-
Manifests, LDR notifications, and certificates of disposal—signed, filed, and delivered on time. Your cradle-to-grave responsibility as a generator stops at our gate.
Execution Without the Load.
We manage the complexity. Your team focuses on operations and compliance. Not chasing paperwork. Not managing vendors.
We execute:
- Waste profile review against our RCRA permits conditions
- Treatment selection: stabilization, blending, thermal, or storage
- Lab characterization when data is incomplete
- Manifest generation, tracking, and LDR notifications
- Prompt profile approval
- Account management and program optimization
You lead:
- Determine waste types and characterize your streams
- Review manifests and compliance reports
- Provide profile data and analytical results
- Maintain your generator records and biennial reporting
- Approve treatment plans and pricing

Profile Approvals that Don’t Sit in Queue.
Some providers take up to three months to approve a waste profile. Ours move in days or less, so your materials aren't stuck waiting on paperwork. Our technical team reviews your profile and pre-approves shipments before they arrive. And when regional capacity tightens and other outlets stop taking material, our storage capabilities mean you'll never hear "come back in a few months." Approved means ready to receive.
- Waste profile review against our RCRA permits
- Analytical support through our on-site labs
- Pre-approved shipments
- Storage capacity to handle surge demand

The Right Solutions for Your Waste.
Reworld operates as a direct TSDF—we hold the permits, conduct treatment, and maintain accountability. We can transport waste with our own large fleet of vehicles. We find the right solution, whether it’s stabilization, fuel blending, thermal treatment, or permitted storage. And in many cases, we treat it right at our facility.
- Transportation via our owned vehicle and logistics assets
- Stabilization for metals and inorganic waste
- Fuel blending for organic waste streams
- High-temperature thermal treatment for RCRA, TSCA, and PFAS waste

Hazardous Waste Treatment FAQs
Clear answers to the top questions customers ask before getting started.
Every shipment generates: signed manifest copies returned within EPA deadlines, LDR notifications confirming the treatment method met or exceeded applicable standards, certificates specifying treatment date and method, and exception reporting if any deviation occurs. All records live in your portal for audit defense and biennial reporting compliance.
Reworld accepts RCRA-listed waste (D, F, K, P, U codes), CERCLA waste, TSCA-regulated PCBs, mercury-containing waste, and PFAS-containing waste. Acceptance is confirmed through our waste profile pre-qualification process, which verifies your waste against our specific permit conditions before scheduling shipment.
A TSDF (like those operated by Reworld) operates under a RCRA Part B permit to treat and dispose of waste on its own property. A transfer station and broker temporarily hold waste, then ship it elsewhere under a new manifest.
Yes. Reworld operates TSCA permits for PCB-contaminated soil, articles, and bulk product waste. All treatment occurs under 40 CFR Part 761 conditions at our facility, with certificates of disposal and complete EPA-required chain-of-custody records.
PFAS destruction is a moving regulatory target. Reworld operates thermomechanical treatment facilities where high-temperature incineration destroys PFAS compounds to EPA-recognized standards. We also stabilize PFAS-containing solids when incineration isn't required. Our in-house treatment means PFAS waste doesn't get routed through multiple processors.
