Covanta Harrisburg recently provided supplies, including wheelbarrow, gloves and trash bags, to assist with trash cleanups throughout the local community. “Hot Spot Saturdays” is an effort created by a Harrisburg City Council member which targeted different areas of the city on selected dates through September. All acceptable waste was disposed at the Harrisburg facility.
