Reworld™ was proud to welcome our friends from Nature Forward to our Fairfax facility for a day of learning, collaboration and shared purpose. This inspiring group is part of the “Menos Basura, Más Vida” (Less Waste, More Life) initiative through the Audubon Naturalist Society, which encourages a lifestyle rooted in environmental care and community-driven solutions.
Their visit focused on understanding sustainable waste management practices in our region. We had the opportunity to showcase how our facility operates (thermomechanical treatment technology) and discuss the important role this process plays in reducing landfill waste and supporting a circular economy.
The group shared their appreciation for the in-depth look at our operations and the open dialogue about how these solutions can be adapted or shared with their communities. We’re grateful for their thoughtful questions, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a difference.
