Reworld™ was proud to participate in the Saint Vincent de Paul Friends of the Poor Walk at Heckscher Park in East Islip. Thousands of people came together for this inspiring 5K event to support those in need and raise awareness about poverty in our communities.

Held on the feast day of Saint Vincent de Paul, the walk symbolizes compassion, solidarity, and service. These are core values of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul. The Friends of the Poor Walk raises important funds and awareness for the Society and its ongoing work to support individuals and families living in poverty.

The Reworld™ Long Island team was especially delighted to walk alongside our friends from the Saint Agnes Rockville Centre chapter, sharing a day of unity, purpose, and hope. From providing food and clothing to offering emergency assistance and long-term term support, the Society continues to make a meaningful impact every day, and events like this help make that possible.
